Construction apprenticeships
We offer structured apprenticeships in key trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, welding, plumbing, electrical installation, and finishing. Apprentices learn through a blend of classroom instruction, workshop practice, and supervised work on real projects, aligned with national efforts to strengthen vocational training and skills development.
Build Africa Hub
Through the Build Africa Hub, we invite experienced trade masters from Uganda, the wider region, and countries such as the United States and Canada to deliver intensive, hands-on training blocks. These visiting trainers work side by side with local instructors and contractors, transferring advanced skills while adapting them to local building codes, materials, and realities.
Business incubation by Asgard Developers
Through our business wing, Asgard Developers, we work with promising graduates and contractors learn how to cost jobs, manage teams, serve clients, and grow sustainable construction businesses. This incubation ensures that technical skills translate into real contracts, stronger firms, and long term opportunities for aspiring craftspersons and tradespeople
